What is the role?

We’re seeking a warehouse associate to join our team and support various tasks around our shop. This role involves a range of activities, including equipment assembly, cleaning, organizing, and basic tasks. Working under the guidance of the Assembly Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring project success. We’re looking for someone with a practical mindset, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Who You Are

• Assist in the assembly of equipment by fastening, integrating, drilling, and performing basic tasks
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve successful assembly outcomes
• Utilize equipment such as forklifts and cranes for material handling and component support
• Work with different departments to balance workloads and support as needed
• Communicate any issues to the Assembly Lead and participate in finding solutions
• Follow instructions, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
• Maintain a commitment to safety and cleanliness in the work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
• General shop cleaning and organization tasks

What You Must Bring

• No prior experience required; we’re looking for a willing learner
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts is a plus
• Physically able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
