Roll Systems

Dividing and Rounding

  • Dividers available in 4,6,8,9,10 and 12 pocket executions.
  • Hydraulically adjusted compensation system minimizes dough punishment and maximizes scaling accuracy.
  • Dividers/Rounders are offered in a stainless steel and reduced flour execution.
  • Also available with adjustable transmission for improved weight ranges.

Intermediate Proofer

  • Proofers available in a variety of configurations to accommodate customers’ production speeds, proof times and bakery layouts.
  • Proofer bypass conveyor available for products that do not require proof time.
  • Proofer equipped to feed sheeting heads/kaiser roll machines with optional proofer bypass.

Sheeter/Moulder

  • Horizontal and vertical sheeting heads available for 42″, 54″ and 62″ lines.
  • Capable of producing wide range of moulded rolls.
  • Three sets of independent variable speed sheeting rollers equipped with easily accessible scrapper assembly.

Kaiser Stamper

  • Kaiser roll stamper with adjustable wire mesh belt, discharge belt and discharge conveyer, stainless steel frame structure and safety guards.
  • Exclusive mechanical “cross-drive” system results in positive drive movement in both downward and upward directions.
  • Easily changeable cassettes include Kaiser stampers, Rosette pattern, slit cutter or Star pattern cutters.
  • Seam controlled discharge from proofer.
  • Adjustable height discharge for stamp down (hearth Kaiser) stamp up (pan Kaiser).

Reciprocator

  • Controlled pitch transfer of moulded product from belt to board or pan.
  • Configurations for manual or fully automatic pan handling.
  • Reciprocator with pattern maker conveyor for maximum product pattern flexibility.

Moulding Harness Apparatus

  • 24″ Long pre-pressure board harness.
  • Pressure board harness equipped with 48″ to 60″ long pressure boards.

Bagel Systems

  • Our bagel production equipment can be configured to produce between 7,000 and 42,000 bagels per hour.
  • Available in semi-automatic and fully automatic systems
  • 1,300 lbs. dough reservoir and divider feed
  • Conveyorized infeed ensures even dough delivery into the feeder rollers and reduces problems of overfeed or dough starvation, resulting in significantly better weight control.
  • Adjustable stainless steel bagel former and discharge belts
  • Tool less quick change over for different weights.
  • 1.0 ounce to 5.5 ounce bagels
  • Precision board or pan placement

Forming Sets

  • Safety conveyor mounted on a bagel former.
  • Quick change assembly for fast and efficient change-over of the forming sets.

Shape Correction Rollers

Corrects/rounds off the shape of the bagel after they exit the bagel former.
