What is the Role: As a Technical Project Manager, you will deliver these solutions by managing a cross-functional project team from the initial sales proposal through to successful start-up at the customer’s site.  You will actively manage project milestones and scope and communicate to both internal groups and the customer.  You will proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and mitigate potential challenges, and drive projects to completion.  We are looking for an individual that thrives at managing multiple projects of varying complexity and enjoys collaboration with many people every day.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering (or similar)
  • Minimum 3+ years project management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Project or other similar applications
  • Understanding of Engineering drawings and BOMs

What Else Would Be Helpful:

  • Experience working within a developing Project Management System
  • High Level understanding of Electro-Mechanical Motion Control Systems
  • Training towards PMP Certification
  • Project Management experience in the custom capital equipment industry
  • Experience with Food production equipment
